Vendor, Rules & Guidlines
1. The
2019 Market Season runs May 12 through October 27th. This year
the market will be completely FREE AGAIN, you are required to
register but there will be no fee. Please contact us prior to arrival
so that we may plan accordingly.
2. The
market manager retains the right to refuse any vendor or product deemed
not appropriate for the market or in our opinion does
not represent good customer relations. We also reserve the right to modify
the rules as needed.
3. This
is a non-smoking event. There is no smoking anywhere in the market.
4. All
pets must be leashed and well behaved. Manager retains the right to
ask anyone to remove their pet at any time.
5. Market
hours are from 9am to 1pm. - RAIN OR SHINE. All vendors must be set
up by 8:45 am. In the event that you sell out or need to leave
before 1 p.m., please do so very carefully and
slowly asking fellow vendors to help with people patrol as you
leave. Vendors arriving after 8:45 am will not be permitted in the
fairway.
6. Each
vendor must clearly display prices and signage. All tents/canopies must be
securely weighted down. Each vendor is responsible
for all refuse around their stall. Please make sure your stall area is completely
cleaned before you leave.
7. Each
vendor is responsible for complying with ALL
state, city and county laws governing health, packaging, labeling, taxes,
scales, weights and measures, etc.
8. Crafters
- you may purchase your supplies from where ever you wish, but all finished
products sold at your space must be made by or re-purposed by you the
contracted vendor or family member.
9. Food
Vendors - Must provide a health department license to prepare and sell food
items at the market.
10.Produce
Vendors - 80% of your inventory must be grown by you. Only 20% of your
inventory should be shipped in. Vendors are asked to display signs
indicated which products that are brought in from outside resources.
